O.M. Pelati srl has press bending systems with power ranging from 25 to 220 tons, with a maximum bending length of up to 4000 mm. The high number and type of tools allows us to satisfy all the needs requested by the customer, guaranteeing the dimensional tolerances and quality standards of the products and the high professionalism of our operators allows us to guarantee the customer designer products.

There are CNC punching systems, which allow us to carry out complete punching, threading and drawing operations.

From design to mold construction, the department uses technologically advanced software and machinery. A mold is built to last over the years and to offer repeatability over time.

Thanks to the skills achieved, the company designs and builds equipment that can guarantee a streamlined and industrially convenient process in the production phase, to the full advantage of quality and processing times.

The pressing department is made up of mechanical and hydraulic presses which can work in one shot or in a continuous cycle for the production of small and large runs. The machines have power from a range of 80 tons up to 350 tons, equipped with feeders and tape unwinders.

This equipment allows us to carry out deep drawing and blanking processes.

Thanks to the mechanical workshop, we are able to create molds and equipment necessary for production and what the customer requests.

O.M Pelati srl is capable of MIG/MAG, TIG, spot and laser welding. Thanks to the skill and experience of our welders we can supply high quality products.

Electric resistance or tack welding is an extremely precise welding and the processing results are of high quality, suitable for welding a wide range of materials, even very thin ones. Recently with laser welding, we obtain faster processing times and, thanks to the reduced heat input, it produces results of great precision and cleanliness.

With capacitor discharge welding, studs are welded onto sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminum etc. In addition to studs, bushings with internal thread, smooth pins and fastons can be welded.

The milling department with its 3-axis work centers allows us to perform a wide range of chip removal processes with high productivity.

The presence of lathes, drills, band saws, EDM machines, grinders, work centers, milling machines, grinders and other equipment allows us to carry out all the preparation and finishing phases prior to in-house heat treatments.

To complete the wide range of processes offered, the turning department allows the production of turned parts on ferrous and non-ferrous materials, carbon steel, tempered materials, stainless steel and aluminum.

To complete the production cycle, there is a well-structured assembly department that uses automatic machines for fast and efficient assembly. Riveting allows the pressure insertion and/or electro welding of threaded fasteners, used in the electronics sector because they guarantee quick and safe fixings according to specific customer requests.

O.M. Pelati srl is able to supply products with surface processing such as galvanic treatments such as galvanization, burnishing, anodization, electro polishing, micro shot peening, painted, polished etc.

Once the production cycle is finished, the products are packed in suitable packaging to be shipped out to the customer via courier and/or internal means. Each package is identified by an adhesive label.
